Peer Support

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” - Helen Keller

I'm excited to share that I've partnered with HeyPeers as a Certified Peer Specialist. You can view all available services on my HeyPeers profile. To schedule a session, create a free account and use the provided links. If you’d like to learn more about peer support or have questions about the services offered, you’re welcome to join my group orientation, “Getting Started with Peer Support.”

What is peer support?

  • Peer support is a space where hope motivates people to change. Change requires risk, and through taking those risks, we learn and grow.

  • Peer support focuses on the person, not the diagnosis. It’s not about what’s wrong with you, but what happened to you.

  • Peer support is a choice, not a prescription. It's based not on what you should do, but on what you want to do.

  • Peer support works through connection. We may see the world differently, but empathy, trust, and shared experiences bring us together.

  • Peer support is a strengths-based, non-judgmental practice. By building mutual trust, we create a safe and courageous space where we can share, learn, and grow together.

My specialties and approach to peer support

I’m a peer specialist with eight years of experience supporting people from all walks of life. Over the years, I’ve helped many navigate challenges and work toward the goals that matter most to them.

I’ve personally experienced anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD, so I understand how difficult and painful these experiences can be. My approach is rooted in connection, mutual understanding, and compassion.
