Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m the owner and founder of Seeds of Connections, and I’m a mental health advocate, activist, and Certified Peer and Family Specialist.
From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people. I spent many years in retail, building connections I loved, but I struggled with the pressure of selling. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with my own mental health conditions that I knew what I wanted to do.
With lived experience in mental health challenges and trauma, I’m committed to offering empathy, understanding, and encouragement to others in their own journeys. I aim to fight stigma by promoting mental health awareness, including the accessibility of healthcare to everyone.
In my work as a peer specialist, I provide supervision, training, and individual and group support. I’m also a Certified QPR Suicide Prevention Instructor, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, and an Intentional Peer Support Trainer. Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about social causes, human rights, justice, and promoting equity and inclusivity.
I strive to empower individuals to embrace their unique strengths, overcome stigma, and build meaningful connections. At Seeds of Connections, my goal is that people feel seen, heard, and valued — because we all deserve to have a sense of belonging and acceptance.

The name Seeds of Connections comes from a belief that throughout life, we are constantly planting seeds. Some seeds may not be healthy, while others flourish. When we plant seeds with intention, care, and love, we build bridges for growth, kindness, and positive change.
Just like plants need soil, sunlight, and water to grow, people need nurturing and connection. Sometimes we find ourselves in rich, supportive soil; other times, the ground feels dry or unstable. Yet, even in tough conditions, the seeds we plant can take root and grow.
One of the most inspiring things to me is that, just like plants can help each other grow, so can people. A single act of hope, compassion, or support can branch out and enrich the lives of those around us. These acts build connection — and I believe that connection is essential for both healing and growth.
That’s why Seeds of Connections is all about “Planting Seeds, Harvesting Connections.” Every seed we plant with intention has the potential to blossom into meaningful relationships, empathy, and positive change.

“Seeds of Connections began with a simple moment during my morning commute. I stopped at a coffee shop drive-thru and felt frustrated when another car slipped in line ahead of me. But then I noticed the words on the back window of that car — 'I hope you have a good day.' Those few simple words lifted my mood, changed my perspective, and reminded me how small acts of kindness can have a big impact."
The Inspiration — Kind Cards:
*"That moment inspired the creation of Kind Cards: small, business card-sized messages of encouragement that anyone can pass to a stranger. Each card includes a QR code linking to a page where recipients can leave a note, share where they found the card, and see a growing map of kindness spreading across communities.Every card represents a seed of connection. Every message has the potential to uplift someone, and in turn, encourage them to plant a seed of their own. Through this simple act, we see how planting kindness can truly lead to harvesting connections."*
Vision Statement:
"Through Seeds of Connections, I envision a world where intentional acts of kindness are part of everyday life. A world where people support and uplift one another, and small gestures ripple outward to create meaningful change. This website is more than a resource; it is a space to plant seeds of kindness, nurture growth, and harvest connection."
